Located along an alleyway in Togoshi, Euru is a kissaten dedicated to deeply satisfying coffee. The menu focuses primarily on siphon-brewed coffee prepared with care, letting patrons select distinct bean origins to suit their mood. The flavor profiles are clearly defined, spanning nutty sweetness in the Guatemala, mild bitterness in the Peru, refreshing acidity in the Mocha Mattari, and rich, full-bodied aromatic depth in the Mandheling. Heavier choices are also on offer, such as the balanced King with its harmony of acidity and body, or the Robusta for intense bitterness and a clean finish, meeting varied palate preferences.

Beyond hot siphon brews, the patiently prepared cold-water extractions are a standout. Dripped drop by drop over ten hours, the cold brew iced coffee shows very little astringency, delivering a smooth, rounded flavor with crisp clarity.
